It is not the official website for Lentor Gardens Residences. No claim of exclusive agency or exclusive marketing appointment is made.

3. Where the information on this site comes from

Project particulars published on this site — the developer's name and licence number, the tenure, the unit count, the unit mix and areas, the expected dates, the floor plans and the stated distances and travel times — are reproduced from developer-issued material for Lentor Gardens Residences, namely the e-brochure and the floor plan set (Annex B3, final 22 June 2026, BP No. A1805-00024-2025-BP01 dated 18 March 2026 and BP02 dated 28 May 2026).

Unit counts shown were derived from the stack schedules printed on those floor plans and reconcile to the 499 homes stated in the e-brochure. Areas include the balcony where applicable, exclude air-conditioner and reinforced concrete ledges, and are subject to final survey.

Where a figure has not been verified against a developer-issued document — including price figures, unit availability, preview and booking dates, the site area and the showflat address — it is not published on this site at all rather than published as an estimate.

4. Prices and availability

The price figures published on this website are taken from the developer-issued price list for Lentor Gardens Residences dated 4 September 2026. The starting price shown for each layout is the lowest price available for that layout on that document, and the price per square foot shown is the range across units of that layout still available on the same date.

Those figures were correct on that document on that date. They are not confirmed as current today. Prices for a new launch are revised by the developer as units are taken up, and unit availability changes throughout the day during active sales. Availability labels on this site — available, limited, or fully taken up — describe the position on the same dated document and nothing more. No figure here should be relied on without reconfirming it against the developer’s current price list and unit chart at the point of booking.

The three strata terrace homes are not covered by that price list and no price is published for them on this site.

No discount, promotional arrangement, “lowest price”, “direct developer price” or similar claim is made anywhere on this site.

5. No investment or performance claims

Nothing on this site should be read as a claim, promise or forecast about capital appreciation, rental yield, resale demand, investment return, loan approval or any other financial outcome. Property values can fall as well as rise. Nothing here is financial advice.

Proximity to a school does not guarantee admission. Home-to-school distance and admission criteria are determined by the Ministry of Education. Please refer to the MOE and school registration channels for current criteria.

9. Future infrastructure

Planned or under-construction infrastructure referred to on this site is described on the basis of publicly announced plans and the developer's material. Completion, routing and timing are determined by the relevant authorities and are not guaranteed.
