Select the unit, not just the project
Two units in the same development can perform very differently. Stack, facing, floor level, layout efficiency and the view corridor all matter — and they matter again when you eventually sell.
Plan the exit before the entry
Holding period, financing, timeline to completion and likely future supply in the area all shape whether a purchase works for you. We talk about that before you book, not afterwards.
